As a Coalition we will work collaboratively with local organizations by providing the most recent prevention, treatment and enforcement information to local organizations, schools and grantees. The intent is to assist all in providing a strong program that effectively reduces ATOD abuse and use in the county among the youth and adult populations.
OUTREACH
To do great work, you need tools. While blood, sweat and tears have built empires, classrooms still need paper and pencils.
GRANTS
Community programs are important in preventing drug and alcohol abuse. We work with local community organizers closely.
Mission:
To develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to educate about, prevent, and reduce the incidents of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse in Newton County.
